An outstanding cybersecurity achievement: Matěj Hladeček excels in the Haxagon competition!

We are delighted and proud to share the success of our final-year student Matěj Hladeček, who represented 1. IT Gymnázium brilliantly in a prestigious competition. We believe the time and effort he put into preparing paid off completely!

Matěj recently received his award at the SKIRMISH CZ 2026 Haxagon ceremony, held in the beautiful Architects' Hall at Prague's Old Town Hall.

What is Haxagon?

It is a modern interactive platform for schools, focused on innovative teaching of information technology and cybersecurity.

Amazing results against strong competition

This year's competition was exceptionally strong, but Matěj shone at both regional and national levels. He dropped just seven points from the maximum possible score!
