An interview with Eliška: when art transforms a school

🎨 Creativity, talent and a desire to improve the world around her: these qualities unite the story of Eliška, a final-year student at ITG Gymnázium.

Eliška has painted since childhood, and this time she brought her talent directly into the school. Together with a classmate, she created an original mural in the school dining room, bringing life and character to an otherwise everyday space.

The project began with teacher Monika, who encouraged Eliška and her classmate to develop their idea. The result is a wonderful example of students actively shaping their school environment and turning their skills into meaningful projects with a real impact.

This was far from Eliška's first experience of such a collaboration. In her second year, she took part in a project with Mapy.cz.
