I graduated from the Faculty of Education at Charles University, majoring in Special Education, and completed my postgraduate studies in Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University. I have completed comprehensive training in coaching, supervision, and therapy, alongside various courses in psychological, pedagogical, and social fields, including counseling, diagnostics, and lecturing.

My professional background is rooted in teaching, where I have lectured on subjects such as Social Policy, Practice Supervision, Social Security, and Professional Counseling, while also supervising diploma and graduate theses. In the private sector, I have built a career as an Executive Coach and Supervisor, Professional Diagnostician, Career Counselor and Therapist.

Additionally, I have extensive experience in state administration as an expert guarantor for ESF (European Social Fund) projects and a methodologist for employment counseling and education. I also served as a state examiner for the public administration sector in the field of Employment.

​

In my personal life, I am passionate about sport climbing, spinning, and yoga. My life philosophy centers on movement and a healthy lifestyle; I believe these elements are deeply interconnected and essential for achieving harmony between body and soul.

ITG Note: Pavla wouldn’t mention this herself, but in her youth, she was a dedicated freestyle skier and even took 2nd place in the National Championships in ski ballet. We thought it was too impressive to leave out! :)
