I graduated in Finance and I have spent my entire twenty-years career in banking. I currently work as a Chief Operating Officer at the Czech branch of the corporate bank HSBC in Prague. In the past I was also leading, among other things, Risk Management at the Czech branch of Credit Agricole. Part of my work consists of the preparation of crisis scenarios and I always want to have a backup plan (preferably several plans) for everything.

I am actively involved in mentoring, personal development with emphasis on mental health and work-life balance. I spend my free time actively in the mountains or by the river with my husband and children, usually in the company of good friends.​
