Relationships that do not end with graduation
ITG is a small school with up to 160 students. Students know more than just their own classmates: they naturally meet and connect across year groups.
They study, play sports and spend time together at school and after lessons. And when they graduate, their connection to the school often continues.
Community is not an extra alongside education. It is part of how ITG works.
We start together
The first year begins with an induction trip. It is the first chance to get to know classmates and teachers outside the classroom and start working as a team. Afterwards, each class chooses its own name. The classes graduating in 2026, for example, were called Alt and F4.
First-year students then naturally become part of the whole school. Its size means the four year groups do not lead separate lives. Students meet through sport, in the garden, at school events and throughout an ordinary day.
And they often stay at school even after lessons have finished.

Shared experiences bring us together
Some experiences involve the whole school.
Every year, we go on a week-long sports trip to Nymburk and a multi-day skiing trip to the Alps together.
Every Monday, students also choose the sport they want to do. Groups naturally form across classes and year groups – around basketball or climbing, for example.
Not everything that matters at school happens during a lesson.
Graduation is not the end
ITG has three graduating classes behind it, with a fourth now approaching graduation.
Some graduates return for a visit. Others join a school sports trip, help younger students, or return on the other side of the classroom – as part of the teaching team.

Cybersecurity
They study cybersecurity at university and also return to ITG to help teach it to younger students.

Sport and Health
He studies at NEWTON University and is in his second year of helping teach Sport and Health. Sport has been part of his whole life: he won Czech junior championship titles in swimming and triathlon.

She studies at Palestra College and returns to ITG to host the school podcast and interviews with students.
Graduates stay part of the ITG network
We also stay in touch with graduates who do not return to teach.
Graduates starting their own projects or companies stay connected to the school. They can draw on the experience and professional network of the people around ITG, including the school founder’s connections.
One example is MediVox, a startup founded by our graduates Daran and Honza that uses AI to reduce doctors’ administrative workload.
Once a student. Always part of ITG.
Our graduates return to teach, play sports, mentor or simply visit the people they spent four years with.
That is what community means to us: relationships that begin at school but do not have to end there.
