I my 25 years of training professionals to master business communication and soft skills, and to implement and communicate (large corporate) changes, I have worked with board members and shopfloor workers, groups of 100+ people and individuals, in banking and insurance as well as in mining and metallurgy.

 

A trainer by profession and passion, I have run more than 10 thousand workshops and worked for 30+ organizations. Certified in 2022, I have done 300 hours of (top executive) coaching so far.

 

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my large family and dogs, jogging, swimming, going for trips, and stealing time to read books on neuroscience and applied and positive psychology.
