I graduated from the Faculty of Education at Charles University, majoring in Czech Language and History. During my studies in humanities I learned programming and I stayed at it for 20 years. I devoted myself not only to the development of applications and systems, but also to managing people in the IT family company 

1. PF. Experience from the commercial sphere and working with people led me to found a secondary school, where learning will be meaningful and with the greatest emphasis on understanding the context and understanding of the contemporary world.

In 2021 the Czech press (Hospodářské noviny and CzechCrunch) selected me among the 20 most innovative personalities in the Czech Republic in 2020. I traveled to countries such as Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Tanzania, India, China, Iran or Israel. In my free time, I am engaged in mountain climbing, skiing, high mountain tourism and ski mountaineering, where I am also licensed as an instructor. I write articles about the mountains and the blog about the school aktualne.cz/blogy/marketa-fibigerova. I have two sons, aged 14 and 17 and also a "school dog" called Bodie.
